We are a community-driven organization dedicated to uplifting and advocating for seniors with compassion, dignity, and respect. Many older adults face challenges that shouldn’t be faced alone, and we’re here to bridge that gap by guiding them through essential programs like EBT, Social Security, Medi-Cal, Medicare, insurance enrollment, ALW support, DMV ID assistance, and other community resources.
We take the time to listen, understand each senior’s story, and offer personalized support with patience and care. Through strong partnerships with local agencies and service providers, we work to expand access to life-changing opportunities and ensure seniors feel heard, valued, and supported.

True Vine Enterprises is dedicated to help and assist improving the quality of life of seniors by assisting them with case management, hands-on assistance with health care, housing and long-term care resources and community support services. Our purpose is helping older adults to maintain independence and remain connected to resources they need to live with dignity and stability.
